My vampire costume won "scariest costume" on Halloween!
Even with my period and that business trip at the end of the month, I lost 2 pounds in October!!!
I have not had a successful month of weight loss since LAST NOVEMBER! (Post first knee surgery.) 2008 has been a year of plateaus and weight gain, but finally the tide is turning!!
I am so excited to see how November will go!
Now go get out the vote!!!
