I have finished writing my next video blog! :) Now I need to film it and edit it! I hope to have time of the holiday weekend. We'll see! :-D
I have started looking for a water aerobics class. I think that a workout in the water would help me get fit and preserve my bad joints.
I am not sure where I will take the class though, and they all seem to be offered in the middle of day! I would need to take a long and early lunch to get to take this class, but my health is a priority!
I've found that taking a fitness class makes me stick with it better since I PAID for the service, and I am now part of a group and feel bad if I miss out.
I've also been thinking about going to a Day Spa! As often as I suggest getting pampered as a reward for being healthy - I have never gone myself. I have never had a professional massage, but I can imaging how nice it must be!
With Aaron's birthday at the end of June, I did not successfully end up with a net loss for the Month of June, but I am treading water. Trying to get back on track is like turning a aircraft carrier around!

You might check out your local city parks and recreation website. I just signed up for a water aerobics class through my city. I was able to find one in the evenings and on Saturday morning. Good luck finding a class. I am really looking forward to mine which starts in a couple of weeks.
