Copyright © (2001-2008) My Virtual Model, Inc.It was recently brought to my attention that this picture is being used on banner ads on Facebook to sell weight loss products!!! (Maybe even more places than that...)
"Power Tea" & "Life Support Diet System" are two products that I have been informed are using my picture so far...
When I try to contact these companies, my email is bounced back to me saying the contact informaiton they provided was not real... argh...
I want to contact a lawyer, but I have never seen the ads myself. I need evidence.
This is where you come in!!
If you are on Facebook (or anywhere really...) and see my picture in a Banner Ad, please:
- Take a screen print of the image.
- Right click on it to get the image URL, or save the image.
- Copy the URL of the product they are trying to sell.
Get as much information as possible so I can track down these culprits!

I'm on Facebook and I'll keep a look out for them.....haven't seen anything yet.
I just saw this and was about to post about it to you...ironic this was your last post. I went back to facebook and didn't see it but when I clicked on your picture the first time it took me to http://www.lifesupportdiet.com/index.html I couldn't find the picture on their web page though. Good luck, I'll keep my eye out for it.
