13 week, 2 day ultrasound images.

Today I am 14 weeks pregnant.  The pictures are from the screening test we had on Friday.

Everything came back looking super healthy and awesome!

We heard the heart beat and it is so crazy to see the new person GROWING in me.
It was so thrilling and scary at the same time!

In a few more weeks I will be able to feel the baby move!!!

Second trimester - here we come!

I am 12 weeks and 2 days pregnant today.  I have 194 days to go before my due date!

Aaron and I will have our next prenatal appointment in a week.   Hopefully I will get a picture of the baby again!

We want to have the gender be a suprise, so I hope the baby and the tech are able to keep their mouths or legs shut!!!

Lots of mint green and yellow in the baby's future (Orange, white, cream, gold, silver, grey, black and brown.  Neutral Colors)

When the family arrives they can bring the blue or pink.

We are not hoping for a boy or a girl... we just want a health baby.

I have started putting together a Baby Registry on Amazon.com, but it is not "fully baked" yet.

We are going to use cloth diapers, and I am going to give it my all to breast feed.

Even though we are miles away from any family,  I work at a Hospital that has nearly 50 births A DAY, so I have lots of great resources right here.  (Plus the employee discount! Score!)

Being due the day before Thanksgiving means that last minute travel to see the baby would be INSANE and costly.    Plus who really knows when the newest Scott will make his or her grand enterence?!

Any guesses on if it is a boy or a girl?  My husband's co-workers are having a field day.

Arthritis Walk - 11 weeks pregnant

I joined the Arthritis Walk and made a personal commitment to help more than 50 million people who live with arthritis and the families that support them.

I'm not moving alone. By joining the Arthritis Walk I became a part of Let's Move Together - a nationwide movement of like-minded people who want to get a healthier lifestyle and change lives at the same time.

Please support me by making a donation to help fund arthritis research, education, and community programs. And don't stop there! Think about getting more involved by joining my team or starting one of your own.

I appreciate your support and on behalf of the people who live with arthritis pain, THANK YOU!

This weekend is Mother's Day.   Do I count as a mom now, or do I have to wait until next year?

I got a bunch of books on parenting and a journal for tracking my pregnancy... but I have no Idea who sent them!  I thought Aaron might have order them, but nope.  He thought it was his family, but they didn't say a thing about the books either?!

So... thanks for the books, whoever sent them!

I think as a Mother's Day "date" Aaron and I are going to go see THOR, then maybe out for a well done steak.

I miss sushi...
