Still puffed, but doing good!

I got up early today and did a hard 30 minute program on the bike. I was 141.50 this morning, which is acceptable considering it's that time of the month. I should be back under 140 in a few days. :)

Today my team at work went out for lunch. I was worried about it because we went to "Old Chicago" which is a pizza place. Everyone ordered a personal pizza or split a big "Triple-decker-roni." I ordered a grilled chicken breast caeser salad with the dressing on the side. I was so worried thinking that I'd have to eat something high in calories, but it turned out okay! I estimate I ate about 1700 calories today, another Good day!

Now I get to try to be "good" through the weekend!!!!! Yea!

I found your blog last night. I was searching for inspiration. I am about 330 pounds, and can identify with your story BIG time, excuse the pun! My husband and I are both opposed to the WLS for the same reason, people who don't change their life style WILL gain their weight back. Your mom seems to be proving that.

I have started my own blog and am very computer illiterate so this will be an adventure. I plan to keep in touch. Thanks for the public display of encouragement!
