The People's "Half Their Size" issue...

Once again the People Magazine's "Half Their Size" special issue is out. (Just in time for New Year's Resolutions.) Again, I didn't make the cut. :(

It stared at me from every newsstand in the airport. "HALF THEIR SIZE!" I kept thinking, "Me Too! Me Too!"

Aaron tried cheering me up by saying, "You are just too cute to have in a magazine. The other ladies would be embarrassed to be seen next to you." (He's too sweet!)

We had a great trip, and I have worked off most of the weight I gained while out there.
I was doing really well... then I got a cold and just laid on the couch and drank orange juice and ate delivered Chinese. That's no way to get or stay in shape! ;) Well, it will make you a shape. Round is a shape! It's just not a shape I want to be!

I had lots of fun when I wasn't a congested mess though! I got a lot of cool stuff. I got clothes and earings from India, lots of manga and anime, a "P-Chan T-Shirt", Hello Kitty swag... It was quite the "haul."

I'll post some pictures later!

Cheers,

Jess

I was so excited for Half Their Size, because I read your blog, and I was sad to see you weren't in there. Oh well, screw 'em! You can do better than People! ;) I'm glad you had a good trip!

Heh..living well is the best revenge. Enjoy your life and your wonderful husband and your strong, healthy body, and let People deal with the Britneys etc.

And..you can be SO satisfied in knowing that you did it the right way.

You are my inspiration. I just joined Weight Watchers to finally get rid of my extra 100 lbs. Finding your site and reading your journey has been incredibly encouraging, especially since you did it naturally. You are amazing and look just beautiful!

LA Weight in the Charlotte scammed me out of money. I should of knowm because if something seems to be to good it probably is. However, I had joined them twice already. They told us we could have all our hours back for $265.00. I said I wanted to wait until Dec. 1 to start. They said fine but I was sick by then. One of the empoyee's told me to wait until I got well to start. It took me six weeks due to the fact I habe immunity problems. They closed without a warning in late Nov. or early. Im Just posting warning.
