The last few days I have been tracking my calories using “The Daily Plate.”
Whenever I googled: “calories (FILL IN THE BLANK)”
The Daily Plate was usually the #1 hit, so I finally bit the bullet and signed up for this digital diet diary!!!
I have to say I am very happy and impressed by the free service they offer! It takes all the hard work and MATH out of counting your calories!! Sweeeeeet!
I might update my pages to include a link to The Daily Plate under My Virtual Model!

I like daily plate too but I have a hard time taking the time to log everything every day.
yeah it is hard to put everything in it, but if I keep a window of it open at work, It helps for lunch and breakfast. :)
I have never tried daily plate, I love fitday.com I will have to check daily plate out. It helps me so much when I am logging everything I eat.
Daily plate is a great help to me, although as john said it is really hard to log everything every day - just not enough time. I usually try catching up at the end of the week trying to remember what i ate which isn't the easiest
