See for me I only need to lose like 20 to 30 pounds after the baby. I have a sister in law who needs to lose 150. She said she wishes she only had my weight to lose. Just discovered this page....wow, congrats! I train my ladies very gently post birth.....diet is key....I recommend a cold pressed oil like hemp to boost good fats Omega 3,6&9 and coconut to increase MCFA intake.
I advise post pregnancy women looking to lose weight, to avoid or reduce animal fat ingestion....animal fat causes inflammation in the body through Leukocytosis. Also animal fat is one of the main causes of Insulin resistance....what happens when Insulin can't work properly to remove excess blood sugar glucose?>>>>Weight Gain! It's why Atkins works but is "THE" SINGLE WORST DIET IN THE WORLD...high protein low carb (they don't tell you the animal fat is damaging you and your blood vessels!!).
Get rid or vastly reduce animal fat, get rid of excess blood sugar....lose weight.
